1.  How many people can sleep in a room?

Our rooms accommodate a maximum of 2 people only. We do not provide any extra bedding and due to the guesthouse style of accommodation, we cannot allow more than 2 people per room.

2.  Can children stay?

Unfortunately, Bangalow Guesthouse can not accommodate children.

3.  Are pets allowed?

Unfortunately, Bangalow Guesthouse can not accommodate pets.

4.  Do we need to bring beach towels?

We provide bath towels and dressing gowns, however, do not provide beach towels.

5.  What amenities do you provide in the rooms?

In your room, you will find a hairdryer, dressing gowns, bath towels and bath products including soap bar, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

6.  Do you provide breakfast?

We don’t provide breakfast but do offer complimentary teas, plunger coffee and fresh milk. Grab some local produce and cook up a feast in our well-equipped kitchen, or visit one of the fabulous local cafes just a short stroll away.

7.  Is there car parking available?

We have space for up to 8 cars onsite and plenty of free on road parking nearby.

8.  Do you accept Schoolies reservations?

Bangalow Guesthouse does not accept schoolies reservations. Our minimum check-in age is 21.

9.  Is there staff at Bangalow Guesthouse?

Due to the nature of our property, we leave you to enjoy Bangalow Guesthouse as though it were your own and are on hand should you need anything by telephone. The property is not staffed 24/7.

10.  Do we have keys at Bangalow Guesthouse?

All of our rooms are protected by an electronic locking system, your personalised door code will be sent to you prior to check-in via SMS and Email.

11.  What time is Check in / Check out?

Check-in is from 2:00 pm, and check out is until 10:00 am.

12.  Do you accept late check-out?

We will do our best to accommodate any late check-outs and this must be arranged by contacting us on the Guesthouse booking line at the time of booking or prior to arrival.
