The property is not staffed full time, though assistance is always nearby should you need it.
Bangalow Guesthouse is much-loved by many, therefore it is wonderfully maintained at all times and we appreciate your assistance in keeping it the beautiful oasis it currently is. Please take care to save electricity for the environment and maintain security by locking all the doors and windows when not on the property.
We encourage guests to enjoy our fully fitted kitchen and living area, however, ask that guests please maintain the tidy environment and clean up after themselves as a common courtesy to other guests.
To preserve the quiet, relaxing atmosphere of Bangalow Guesthouse, we welcome adult guests only. As such, we’re unable to accommodate children or babies. This allows all our guests to fully enjoy the tranquillity, privacy, and restorative nature of the property.
To ensure the comfort, cleanliness, and safety of all our guests, we kindly ask that no animals or pets be brought onto the property. While we understand many guests travel with beloved companions, Bangalow Guesthouse is a strictly pet-free environment. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Our rooms accommodate a maximum of 2 people only. We do not provide any extra bedding and due to the guesthouse style of accommodation, we cannot allow more than 2 people per room.
Unfortunately, Bangalow Guesthouse can not accommodate children.
We provide bath towels and dressing gowns, however, do not provide beach towels.
In your room, you will find a hairdryer, dressing gowns, bath towels and bath products including soap bar, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
We don’t provide breakfast but do offer complimentary teas, plunger coffee and fresh milk. Grab some local produce and cook up a feast in our well-equipped kitchen, or visit one of the fabulous local cafes just a short stroll away.
Bangalow Guesthouse does not accept schoolies reservations. Our minimum check-in age is 21.
Due to the nature of our property, we leave you to enjoy Bangalow Guesthouse as though it were your own and are on hand should you need anything by telephone. The property is not staffed 24/7.
All of our rooms are protected by an electronic locking system, your personalised door code will be sent to you prior to check-in via SMS and Email.
We will do our best to accommodate any late check-outs and this must be arranged by contacting us on the Guesthouse booking line at the time of booking or prior to arrival.
Cancellations or changes to bookings for suites/cottages must be made at least 7 days prior to check-in date and arrival time at the Guesthouse or you will be charged the full amount of the booking.
If you cancel or change your booking 7 days or more prior to your scheduled arrival at the Guesthouse a full refund less Credit Card surcharge will be provided.
1.3% Credit Card surcharge is not refundable
Parties or gatherings are strictly prohibited unless prior arrangements have been made with our Events team. Disturbance to other Guesthouse guests and neighbours including excessive noise and music is prohibited and may result in eviction without refund. If a noise complaint is received the first warning will be given, if a second complaint is received this will result in immediate eviction with no refund.
